Marty E. Zemming

Marty E. Zemming was admitted to the bar in 2001 and has substantial experience representing individuals and businesses in a wide variety of litigation matters including partnership disputes, employment law, real property matters, and premises liability cases.

Marty has extensive experience in handling real estate  cases, including commercial and residential real property litigation and complex title disputes, as well as commercial lease disputes. Marty’s practice has also included handling financial elder abuse claims, with an emphasis on elder’s rights and claims involving ownership of real property.  Marty also handles personal injury matters and has represented both employers and employees in a variety of workplace disputes including wrongful termination claims, claims brought under FEHA, and wage and hour disputes.  Marty’s practice has also included representation of public entities in a variety of matters.

Marty is currently a member of the California State Bar, United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
