Attorney Biographies

Brandi L. Harper is an associate at the Law Office of Wagner & Pelayes. Ms. Harper was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2009. Ms. Harper's practice focuses on Civil Litigation, Appellate Work, and Public Entity Defense. Ms. Harper also has experience in Family and Employment Law. Ms. Harper is currently a member of the Riverside County Bar Association and Federal Bar Association- Inland Empire Chapter.

Ms. Harper received her law degree from the Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor Michigan. She served as a law clerk for the Honorable John G. McBain of the Jackson County Circuit Court in Jackson, MI. She was a summer associate and law clerk at Wagner & Pelayes prior to being admitted to the bar.

Ms. Harper received her undergraduate degree, with honors, from the California State University San Bernardino, where she received the Presidents Scholarship and was on the Dean's List.

Representative case experience includes the following:

• Morgan v. Price -- representation of a senior citizen who had been severely beaten by an individual during the course of a robbery. The case settled on the day of trial for $525,000.00
• Solano v. Sader et al -- representation of a federal agent accused of illegally accessing personal records. The case was dismissed as to my client for waiver of costs.
• Alan Hasso v. JSB et al-representation of a corporation in an appeal after terminating sanction and judgment in the amount of $3 million had been entered
